About Andrew
Andrew is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #144176) who graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling in 2023.

Andrew brings a non-judgmental, compassionate, and curious space deeply rooted in Person-Centered Therapy. Drawing from approaches including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness, Andrew collaborates with clients to provide effective and personalized therapy.

Andrew has experience with issues such as addiction, substance abuse, anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, and identity formation. Previously working in an inpatient facility, Andrew conducted individual, group, and family therapy sessions as well as group psychoeducation sessions. He also has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Materials Engineering, and served as an engineer in the biomedical field for over a decade. With this, he brings a unique perspective to the therapy space.

Believing trust to be an essential part of therapy, Andrew strives to earn the trust of each client by building an authentic, open, and empathetic relationship filled with kindness and humor. He looks forward to the privilege of being a companion on your journey.
