Savannah Ingold, ACSW #120198, is a compassionate Associate Clinical Social Worker with a deep understanding of diverse developmental needs. Having earned her Master of Social Work from San Diego State in 2023, Savannah has provided mental health services to individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, while addressing concerns such as anxiety,depression, grief, and family-related issues.
Utilizing an eclectic approach rooted in Humanistic and Behavioral frameworks, Savannah tailors interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. She integrates modalities such as Person-Centered, Play, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Drawing from her background as a yoga teacher, Savannah incorporates mindfulness and somatic practices to promote holistic well-being.
